Shipment and Customs

Products are sold only to adults!

 

The dispatch of your order takes place via DHL

We ship by default to Germany up to 31.5 kg for 4.20 €.

For shipping within the EU we charge the following prices:

 

up to 5 Kg 10 €

up to 10 Kg 20 €

up to 31,5 Kg 30 €

 

For international shipping outside the EU we charge the following prices:

 

up to 10 Kg 30 €

up to 20 Kg 50 €

up to 31,5 Kg 70 €

 

Shipping is calculated individually. The above costs are orientations to which we try to keep. If the calculated shipping fees are insufficient to cover our costs, we will contact you and tell you the actual shipping costs. Of course, you are then free to withdraw from the purchase.

In the case of pickup, the seller informs the buyer first by email or telephone that the goods ordered by him are ready for pickup. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.


When paying by cash on delivery a COD surcharge of 6,90 EUR will apply.

Please understand that we only offer cash on delivery in Germany.

The shipping costs are only available if you have something in the shopping cart.

 

CUSTOMS

 

Any applicable customs duties must be payed by you and are NOT included in the prices quoted at us.

Likewise, you are responsible for informing yourself that an import of the ordered goods into your country does not violate any law.

If the goods are not allowed to be delivered to your country and the goods are confiscated by an authority, the costs for delivery and the goods will NOT be refunded.

The estimated shipping costs can only be used if the basket is not empty.
